I’m Elias, a CS student in Boston (GPA 3.98) experienced in Java, Python, C++, and Web
Development. I enjoy problem-solving, game design, and drone coding.
I’m a Computer Science student at Bunker Hill Community College and a strong passion for technology, math,
and innovation.
Math has always been my favorite subject—it strengthens my logical thinking and problem-solving skills, which
I apply when coding and exploring new technologies.
I’m a fast and dedicated learner who enjoys taking on complex challenges and transforming ideas into practical
solutions.
My goal is to keep advancing my skills in software development, artificial intelligence, and quantum
computing, and to contribute to projects that use technology to create meaningful impact in education and
society..

Projects
Boston Immigrant Resources Platform
Boston Immigrant Resources is a community-driven platform that helps immigrants in the Boston area
discover essential services, including legal assistance, housing support, healthcare resources,
and community programs.
I am currently developing a public API that integrates directly with the website to
provide
structured access to resource data and support future integrations with partner organizations and
developers.
The API is in closed testing, with a public deployment planned soon.
Designed and documented a simple, user-friendly website concept for a local cleaning company.
The goal was to create a clear, modern layout for service listings, contact details,
and client booking — focusing on clarity and accessibility.
Developed a 2D interactive game using the Godot Engine.
Focused on player mechanics, scene transitions, and object interactions —
strengthening my understanding of physics systems and scripting with GDScript.
DroneBlocks Project
This image shows the DroneBlocks interface where I programmed a drone to navigate
autonomously using loops and logic blocks.
Experience
Securitas — Security Officer Jan 2025 – Present • Boston, MA
Monitored premises and personnel to maintain safety and security.
Digital Ready — Computer Science Intern Aug 2024 – Jan 2025
Built small-scale projects using Python and Java.
Provided technical support for software issues.
X-Cel Education — Math Tutored
Tutored adult learners in math for high school equivalency exams.
Certifications
CodePath: Foundations of AI Engineering (AI110) Accepted (Spring 2026)
Accepted into CodePath’s Foundations of AI Engineering program for Spring 2026.
MITx (edX): Introduction to Computer Science & Programming Using Python (2024)
Learned Python fundamentals and computational thinking.
Community Involvement
Empower Minds and Futures — Books for Ethiopia
I founded Empower Minds and Futures to promote education and literacy within the community.
The initiative began by donating over 200 books to the Ethiopia Public
Library
and continues to expand its reach by providing additional learning resources and supporting lifelong
learning among students.
Educational textbooks donated to Gondar Public Library to support student learning.
Donated books organized at Gondar Public Library prior to distribution.
Selection of mathematics, science, and language textbooks donated to Gondar Public Library.
As a volunteer with El Centro, I assist students in developing stronger mathematics skills.
I help learners build confidence and improve their understanding of fundamental and intermediate math
concepts,
providing academic support through encouragement and personalized guidance.
X-Cel Education — Math Tutor
Through X-Cel Education, I tutored adult learners in preparation for their HiSET
math exams.
My work involved reviewing key mathematical principles, explaining problem-solving strategies,
and fostering a supportive environment that helped students achieve their educational goals.
STEM NOLA / STEM Global Action — STEM Match Volunteer
Volunteered with STEM NOLA / STEM Global Action through the STEM Match program, helping
expose, engage,
and inspire K–12 students to explore the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.
Research Papers
The Origin and Applications of Quantum Computing
Institution: Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC) •
Course: CSC-239H •
Dates: 09/01/2025 – 12/12/2025
This paper examines the foundations of quantum computation and the key principles that enable quantum
advantage.
It surveys practical applications including cryptography, optimization, and emerging AI workloads,
while discussing limitations and engineering challenges in real-world systems.
